Open your own OSES store or expand an existing business. Our European headquarters in Böblingen will discuss your location and the appropriate concept with you.
Your own store
An OSES store offers the full concept range: çiğköfte portions and wraps, plus other menu items such as falafel, lahmacun and içli köfte. Local availability can vary. Our European story began in Sindelfingen in 2012, when Alper Karababa brought OSES to Europe. Today our European headquarters is in Böblingen, with locations in Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Equipment package from €15,900 excluding VAT
The starting price covers the store equipment package, not your total start-up investment. It includes the counter, advertising, illuminated signage, menu board and flyers, delivery, free training, 300 kg of çiğköfte, accompanying products and packaging materials. Installation is not included. Rent, deposits, conversion work, permits, staff and working capital must be budgeted separately.
No franchise fee and no turnover-based fee
These terms apply to OSES stores and OSES Point. They do not mean there are no operating costs: stock, rent, staffing and other business expenses remain part of your budget. The precise scope of the cooperation is set out in your individual agreement.
Point: for existing businesses only
A bakery, supermarket, takeaway or kiosk can enquire about an OSES counter to complement its existing business. Point offers only çiğköfte portions and çiğköfte wraps. Its equipment and pricing are agreed individually; the store package price does not automatically apply to Point.
Wholesale and Ghost Kitchen are separate concepts
Wholesale customers can enquire about purchasing OSES goods without becoming franchisees. Purchasing stock does not automatically authorise an OSES-branded business. Ghost Kitchen is for existing delivery businesses in Germany: location, range, brand use and platform listings are individually assessed and agreed.

Projects in additional European countries may be discussed; this is not a claim that stores already exist there.
